Zelensky: US Decisions on Ukraine Are Difficult to Explain

Al-Taj News – Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said on Monday that decisions made by the United States regarding the war in Ukraine, including delays in weapons shipments and restrictions on intelligence sharing, are “difficult to explain.”

Zelensky said during a meeting with a delegation from the US Congress, “Because it all comes down to (Russian President Vladimir) Putin’s refusal to end this war, and to decisions by the American side that are difficult to explain among friends.”

Zelensky added that Ukraine had not received full explanations regarding the restrictions imposed on the use of the Starshield system, which is necessary for carrying out some drone strikes and countering Russian attacks, particularly those carried out by high-speed jet-powered drones.
